ABOUT IS:LINK
IS:link (Information Systems Student Exchange Network) is an international cooperation program of universities to give students of information systems the opportunity to spend a semester abroad.
Basic requirements for the members are that the students at the exchange university are exempt from additional tuition fees and that an unproblematic transfer of achievements to the home university is possible.

UIT ACADEMIC CALENDARS
The academic year typically begins in the first week of September. An academic year consists of 02 main semesters. Each main semester lasts for 18 or 19 weeks, including 15 weeks of regular classes, 01 reserve week, and 02 – 03 weeks of exams.
- The first semester usually begins in the first week of September and ends before the Lunar New Year holiday (January).
- The second semester usually begins after the Lunar New Year holiday (around mid-February) and ends in mid-July.

LECTURE HOURS
A school day consists of 10 periods, each lasting 45 minutes. There are five periods in the morning, which run from 7:30 am to 11:30 am. There are five periods in the afternoon, which run from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
- 1st period: 07:30 am – 08:15 am
- 2nd period: 08:15 am – 09:00 am
- 3rd period: 09:00 am – 09:45 am
- 4th period: 10:00 am – 10:45 am
- 5th period: 10:45 am – 11:00 am
- Lunch break: 11:00 am – 01:00 pm
- 6th period: 01:00 pm – 01:45 pm
- 7th period: 01:45 pm – 02:30 pm
- 8th period: 02:30 pm – 03:15 pm
- 9th period: 03:30 pm – 04:15 pm
- 10th period: 04:15 pm – 05:00 pm
