1. Education objectives
Training human resources with in-depth e-commerce knowledge and abilities will help them solve current business management problems, research advanced information technology, and transfer it into e-commerce, especially for uses that will help advance the industrialization and modernization of the nation. Educational objectives:
- High-quality resources are trained in both the basic and in-depth knowledge of E-commerce, including analysis techniques, online business system design, accounting, marketing, electronic payments, the electronic economy, web technology, social networks, characteristics of web users, skills in analysis, synthesis, and problem-solving, the development of thinking ability, moral training, and professional skills.
- Educating a team of professionals capable of planning, organizing, and developing information technology applications to support activities of e-commerce, e-business, authentication, and safety in e-transactions.
- Educating a management team capable of organizing, planning, and managing e-commerce operations at both private businesses and government agencies.
- Developing political, ethical, and health-conscious human resources.
2. Career opportunities
Graduates are working in various areas, such as:
- System administrator, developer of online business’s commercial transaction systems, responsible for developing and maintaining the website / online sales application.
- Online Marketing Specialist: planning, implementing, and evaluating marketing campaigns through online channels.
- Business Analysts: Receive user requirements, analyze customer business, and create detailed business plans for teams to develop and manage business changes.
- Consultant: consulting, proposing solutions, developing and maintaining information technology projects for e-commerce or e-business management.
- Online Business Director: after graduating from school and accumulating several years of experience, Online Sales Director is a position that students can aim for and achieve.
- Starting an online business: building a business plan to bring ideas into reality, and the knowledge students gain in lectures will help them do this.
- Teaching staff, scientific and application of e-commerce research staff at universities and colleges.

D. TRAINING REGULATIONS
The undergraduate program is carried out based on The Training Regulation in Credits of UIT for full-time undergraduates issued by the Rector of UIT as well as the current decision of The University of Information Technology. (Decision No. 790/QD-ĐHCNTT-ĐTĐH dated September 28, 2022.)
