SUMMARY | IT PROJECT DEPLOYMENT COURSE WITH SCRUM IN 2023

In a bid to facilitate students’ access to effective models and solutions for practical IT project deployment, opening up employment opportunities in both domestic and international enterprises, the Faculty of Information Systems collaborated with Axon Active Vietnam to organize the “IT Project Deployment with SCRUM” course. The course took place from October 30 to November 2, 2023, at Room E10.1, University of Information Technology – Ho Chi Minh City National University, with the participation of over 50 students.

The course spanned four days, with the initial two days focusing on SCRUM theory and the final two days dedicated to hands-on project implementation, guided by Mr. Nguyen Quoc Huy – Education Manager, and Ms. An Doan – Head of Department, both leading SCRUM experts from Axon Active Vietnam.

Through the SCRUM course, it is believed that the content and knowledge shared by these esteemed experts have provided students with a profound understanding of the SCRUM framework. This includes aspects ranging from planning and task evaluation to continuous improvement of work methods and enhancing team collaboration for the creation of the highest quality products.

The Organizing Committee extends sincere gratitude to the experts from Axon Active, who generously shared their valuable knowledge with students from UIT and specifically the Faculty of Information Systems.

Special thanks to the Head of the Faculty and the University of Information Technology for facilitating and supporting the course. Appreciation is also extended to the participating students for their dedicated time and commitment to the course. It is hoped that all students have had the opportunity to enrich their knowledge and skills and receive the completion certificate from Axon Active Vietnam.
