On February 1, 2012, the Information Systems Laboratory (ISL) was founded to enhance technology transfer, research, and training capabilities for Vietnam’s economic development. A variety of top-of-the-line personal computers, as well as a variety of other tools needed to construct cloud computing solutions, are located in room E9.1 of the University of Information Technology, which is a great aid to lecturers, researchers, and postgraduate research students.
