THE OPENING JOB
We are looking for many PHP & Java Web Developers, 10+ positions, 0-4 years of working experience, to be responsible for the coding, innovative program design and layout of web applications in Maps & Navigation, Business Automation systems/applications, both on PC and SP.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be in project development team to build web based system from concept all the way to completion from the bottom up, fashioning everything from user interfaces to layout and function.
- Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices.
- Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS/JS practices.
- Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
- Create and maintain software documentation.
- Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
MUST HAVE:
- Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML technologies: HTML5/CSS3, Bootstrap, jQuery and its plugins, responsive design.
- Ability to work with at least one of the following programming languages: PHP, JavaScript, Java
- Experience in at least one of the common MVC frameworks: CakePHP, Lavarel, Symfony, Struts2, SpringMVC …
- A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices.
- Adequate knowledge of Relational/NoSQL database systems, OOP and web application development.
- Familiarity with development tools: Git/SVN, Redmine, Maven, Eclipse, NetBeans, Vagrant …
- Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience in working with Shell script in Linux environment.
- In-depth knowledge of programming with maps and navigation APIs such as GoogleAPIs, OSM …
- Experience in working with ElasticSearch, Solr, Message Queues, AWS services.
- Knowledge of database programming with PLSQL is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytic tools.
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
- Japanese N3 level is a big advantage.
- Intermediate English skills.
